Avery

Hi MHHS,

I just wanted to send an update on Roxie, whose name is now Avery. I adopted her in November as a best friend for my other dog Mila. As you may recall, Mila and I had to kiss a lot of frogs until we found our princess. Now Avery and Mila are best buds and spend their days chasing each other and interrupting anyone in the house who may want a moment's peace. But as you can see, they also like to nap together. Avery is a huge fan of the snow and loves frolicking around in it. We can't wait to see if she will love swimming as much as Mila does once the weather is warmer.

We are so glad we found Avery. She is the perfect compliment to our family and we thank everyone at MHHS for their help. You would never even recognize the shy girl you knew in the shelter!
