Marty

Hello! I just wanted to let everyone know that Marty is doing excellent. We adopted Marty from PetSmart in Latham on April 18th. He is 3 years old, and a very active and vocal young fellow. He hates to be alone, and he waits for us to come back home when we go out. He loves to sleep on our beds, not on his own bed. He loves being held and brushed a lot. I call him a lovebug, because he's so sweet tempered. He's supposed to be a Domestic Longhair, but I think he looks more like a Maine Coon. We haven't had him long, but he sure is the sunshine of our lives.

We want to thank everyone who helped rescue Marty from that terrible place he was in. It's because of you the world is a better place. To all the staff who took care of Marty, you did a great job. Marty is a wonderful cat; we couldn't ask for anything more.

Oh, he does have a new friend: my Betta fish, Leon. He loves to watch him swim in his bowl.

I'll give another update when Marty gets to be a little older. In the meantime, keep doing a good job on taking care of those animals. Here are some pics of Marty.
