Molly

Hi, my name is Molly! You may have known me as Maura before I was adopted in February 2009 by my parents. I was found on the street alone when I was a puppy, which was very scary, but luckily I was brought to the Humane Society, where they found me a new home right away. I love my new home, parents, and my brother, Simon, a Beagle. My parents take me hiking a lot on the weekends and we often go camping in the summer. It's so much fun! I love to run and have recently learned how to play frisbee! Still, my favorite thing is cuddling with my brother and parents on the couch. They say I'm too big to be a lap dog, but I disagree.

I wanted to say thank you to the Humane Society for finding me such a loving home. Not every dog is as spoiled as I am, but they should be! My parents were so affected by my own foster mom from the Society that they are now fosters themselves, and nearly every week I have new playmates of all shapes and sizes. It's great exercise for Simon and I, and it really helps the dogs find great new homes!
