Moon

My family and I adopted Moon about two years ago. She is the most wonderful dog ever. She got along great with our German Shepherd/Collie mix, Lacy, whom we also adopted from you some 11 or 12 years back. Moon loved her sister so much and has been pretty sad since Lacy's passing a few days ago. All the snow cheered her up, though! Being a Coonhound from the south, I thought she would hate the cold but she absolutely LOVES to gallop around in the snow, stick her face in it, roll around and play with me in it.

When we first got Moon she was so shy, so scared, so quiet, but such a sweetheart. After a few weeks with her, she was house trained, would howl and bark in response if we talked to her, and was so outgoing and friendly to anybody and everybody. I'm so glad we decided to adopt a second dog, and so is everybody else.
