Having lost our dog back in June and most recently our cat, the house seemed quiet. True, we do have two daughters (one 5 and the other almost 3), but there was definitely something missing. I was looking for a cat that gets along with dogs (at some point we plan to get one), cats, kids and people in general. The shelter volunteer led me right to Tennessee -- originally named Hennessy. Our daughter mispronounced it so we changed it.close enough! :)

Tennessee was the cuddlebug I was looking for and certainly seemed to like toys enough to potentially be a great mouser should we need it.
